Marc, yep too small, just our little test pond, make sure things are working. I can get 68mph in that little pond, not on that prop though. I've not made the turn a few times, put it into the bank. Have water, must use:silly: .

Douga, Heya Kiwi. Not sure of any available plans for cats, plenty of mono's and hydro's. Someone else might know of some. My Avenger is 44\" long you could probably work out some rough dimensions from the pics.

Can you tell me where you have the engine mounted? I also have an avenger cat that I cant seem to keep on the water. Its powered with a QD. I have the engine pretty much as far forward as it can go and still the bow is very light. It blows over a lot!!! Can you help?

I don't have an Avenger, but I do have a conquest. If you already have the motor as far forward as possible, try adding a little negitaive trim in your strut. (tilt the strut where it makes the prop face down) Doesn't take much but it will help keep the bow down. Another one that might help is add a little weight in the sponsons. If you are running pool noodles in the sponsons add some lead egg style weights into the pool noodle. Good luck.
