I get it now!
If I just keep on writing a lot of nonsense, I will become platinum too! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Oz: Not raining here. Lots and lots of snow, but I have a nice cosy and warm workshop in my backyard, and I love it!
About glassfibre tape: Could I use the 2" self-adhesive from Tesa? And then apply epoxy on it to increase strenght? (The tape is made for building construction).
Any ideas about this?
Cheers!

:woohoo: Now thats a quality dig!
I wish the rain would turn to snow, that would at least be something different! :S
Not sure on the tape your using, if the resin your using wont soak into it I doubt it will add strength.
The tape I have is just 2" woven fibreglass cloth on a big roll.

Hi Oz.
The "traditional" wowen tape, isn't that kinda "fluffy" along the edges? My experience is that it's hard to get a good smooth result with this stuff, unless you are very (extremely) careful and precise when you apply it.
If you can link to the right type to use (thin, strong and no-fluffy) please do so.
Cheers!
