I actually made a sheet metal template for the bulk heads to trace around.
One thing that has to be changed on the plans is taking off the width of whatever sheeting is being used from each side of the bulkhead! I used 3mm so I took this off each side the bulkhead template when I made it.
Hey Isuzudude, I will be layering 1/8 strips of ply for my runners so they can be blended nicely all the way up to the nose rather than a solid strip of timber.

Oz!
You and the other guys here at just stunning! Seems you all build simple and quick, while most of my time is used to walk around the boat, correcting this and that, trying to get the best solutions.
Anyway thanks for the pics. Send more!
Cheers!
Woodie.
BTW: Your "simple" boat is very close to my ideas about building a MPRB (Multi-Purpose-Retreival-Boat). No offence meant.

No offence taken Woodie!
if you can scale the plan to suit your needs go for it!
Will take some more pics today after the sun comes up!
I have decided to use 25cc Kawasaki engine(yes I have a thing for Kwaka's) as its slightly more compact that the homelite. They are supposed to rev well too so it should be fun to drive!
After looking through my garden shed Im starting to realise I have far too many weedy engines waiting for hulls!

Be careful not to break your legs on all those weed-wackers!
I think some wise guy once said that quality is better than quantity...
Cheers!
