Went to a pocketbike shop today and picked up a new 50cc tuned pipe with muffler and all it cost me was $30!

Bit of both Moof' 
Was restricted to what I could use due to spinning the head down first!
Its actually a hydraulic damper centre barrel with one endcap from a Bell 47 Helicopter!
The next one is a lot simpler, just a piece of alloy pipe and a large plate washer!

Got the hull back from paint!
Free 2 pack paint job is always a plus!
Still have to paint in the blackout areas and get some decals!

Got a bit done on the weekend!
Hardware mounted, radio box done, engine mount glued in not glassed yet till Im sure Im staying with it.
Throttle linkage remade a bit neater, stuffing tube installed!
Need to throw some floatation in and a fuel tank then on with a prop and down for some float tests!

Motor mounts... throttle assembly... SCRATCHING AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a super job. I'm really going to hate the size of hole you're going to have to cut in the top

Hoping to find a electronic ignition kit over here cheap enough so I can get rid of that big flywheel!
Hoping not to end up cutting anything if anything I will get the new style top or try making my own.
Got the watercooled head done ready for some porting and a final cleanup!
