Cheers Moof!

Surprisingly the whole thing still fits inside 5'inch rails! :woohoo:

Im also going to keep the stock carby as its easy to tune and revs really well even with the stock muffler box bolted on!
To get rid of the cable I made a rod with a soldered end, angle from the top of the carby to a lever so now its a simple pull setup and with the lighter spring in the carby it works really easy! B)

B) Cheers Merc!
I had two thoughts on that,
1. go to fencing supplies and see what alloy post caps they have?
2. Wrap head with alloy tubing then metalset it together as one piece?
Any other ideas?
I do have access to a lathe but would like to see if it can be done at home for our homebuilders! ;)

I have been thinking what you could use and do it homebuilt. I was just in my garage and found some old aluminum camping cups. When you turn them upside down they resemble a Zenoah Cap with a handle! I think they are military surplus. If you found the correct diameter it should work.

I thought of that, I can get stainless ones at the bargain shop! ;)

Made some dummy rails so I could get an idea of engine placement and angle!
Thats as low as she will go up on the tunnel...1/8 flywheel clearance!
