Actually I am at our cottage right now and will be testing the 1" pipe on the Seaducer Hydro. The pipe I have currently is the ACE pipe, not CC Racing. I will try to get a CC Racing pipe to test soon also.

Hi Mark,
Run the Stryker Y6 for the first time on the weekend, tracks straight and turns are a breeze, running an octura x472 going to play around with a few diffrent props and also the stinger drive, Were are you running your stinger ???

I have found that a Austin X472 is best for heat racing. The Voodoo Tater is a little bit faster but not as good in heat racing rough water. I have the drive setup like on my Insane. I think it is about 1/2" up from keel (on drive centerline at transom) and has a lot of negative to keep nose of boat down. I use the tabs only slightly to stop chine walk.

This outdrive was made by me. The drives from Ron Buck don't have slotted mounting holes.

A little slow updating here, but my Y6 actually got me a first place in Mono at the Northern Nats in London ON. Boat runs good. Gonna be running it in Orlando at the Winternats this week.. hopefully it's good to me again! I have since added 2 more trim tabs...will see what that does.

This boat is quite similar to the Insane mono....I see many guys now running the 4 tabs on them...seems to reduce the typical chine walk....will let you know how it turns out...the chine walk has never really been a problem for me though....
