My smokin' Cigarette.

hi woody, where do you buy your stuff?. I know that mhz have good stuff but are there other online shops in europe or usa that you can trust. It is better for me if I stay buying stuff in europe because of the tax law. If I buy from Usa I have to pay like 28% tax on the product.

Hi Eric.

MHZ in Germany has the most.
For props go to www.prop-shop.co.uk.
For extras go to www.prestwich.ndirect.co.uk/fsrv/

I hope this helps.

Cheers! :cheer:

Lars (Woody).

PS: I plan to be camping in Finland this summer. Can you recommend places to go?

here is a webside with a lot of links to European dealers, manufacturers and so on....is written in German but pictures will help.
In our world MHZ is not the single source, others exist as well!

Hey guys! I'm still here!

Because of my PTSD and some bad things occuring over the last half year, my build has stopped.
But now I am beginning to see clear skies, as a new summer begins here in Denmark.
Expect to see me back within the next months with updates about "My Smokin' Cigarette".
I really thank you for all of the interest so far.
So don't forget me. I'll be back - "A little too wise, and bad and evil as never before".

Cheers to ya all! :cheer:

(Really trying to get myself together now).

hey Woodie! lets see some updated photos on the smokin' Cig...

I was wondering if you would lose to much power dividing the hp in a dual prop setup, to put a heavy wood boat beyond 62mph...

Steve: I'm just about starting up again. But some other domestic issues have a higher priority at the moment. So my "boss" says. :(

Smoke: Power is no problem. I will run a Blata engine approx 14 hp with the recommended gearbox for 2 props, plus 2 outboard Z-drives each with a max output of about 27.000 rpm. As the boat will be running in rough saltwater, weight will not be an issue eiter. Actually I consider putting extra weight to the bottom of the boat in order to make it plow the wawes without flipping.

Cheers! :cheer:
