Here's one I have. 2:30 total. 2 minute pit and 30 sec mill.

Below the text box when entering your message... there are two input fields... first is to attach IMAGE file, second is to attach FILE.. choose second... must be either: doc, wmv, avi, mpeg, mpg or mp3 format

* if for some reason you can't get it to work, just post a link to it, or send it to me and I'll post it.
