Open water Friday noon 'til 5 pm.

Driver's meeting Saturday 8:45am.

Noise sensitive site - internal stinger + after muffler or full muffled pipe highly recommended.

Trophies top 3 per class, huge raffle, 50-50 draw.

"Oneida Cup" awarded to high point any two boats.

Entry fee to park: $9/vehicle/day + $5 each additional occupant.

Yep. Small price to pay for a beautiful venue such as this.

It's 2 1/2 weeks away and we already have 76 boats registered. We should get 125+. It's going to be BIG!

Maybe so. My son is in alden and would have loved to enter but I cannot pay 5 dollars for each person in the car thats just watching the race. On top of the entry fees for his boats . Its over the top for us. Good luck.

I hear ya Hugh. We all have racing budgets.

Most big races charge $25 to $35 for the first boat and $15 for any other boats after that. Since there is a parking fee that we have no control over, we kept our registration at $20 and $10 plus each racer gets a $10 lunch voucher for the on site restaurant.

We are thankful the Hamilton Conservation Authority is allowing us to use the Fifty Point pond to hold our weekend event.

The last minute rush of entries should be coming in soon. We are at 82 boats right now.

Fantastic turn out of NLMBC members today to help set up the race site at Fifty Point Conservation Area in Stoney Creek, Ontario. We are ready to race! Everything is set up and ready to go. This is one of the best race sites I have ever seen. Testing will be allowed Friday noon until 5:00 and racing starts Saturday at 9:00am sharp.
