Looks like alot of fun! In pit shots there is a white mono sitting next to a white cat. Who is making those?

Regarding the mono, that you asked about, I don't really know.
The trouble with the monos is that they are the only real boats, and as due to the dynamics hard to build perfectly for a fast run. That's the challenge avoided by others buying and building boats, that assemble airplanes trying to race on water!

I think that might be the new speed mono from AC Model Boats.If not its some sort of splash of an AC boat.

If it is the New AC S-45 they sure look good.
