I recommend gluing all parts together as you assemble, with medium CA (or even better, epoxy) and sealing your stand with epoxy or clearcoat.
A few Notes: The latest kits all use Nylon nuts, bolts and washers...the boom supports have be changed slightly, two are shorter, and are there to accomodate different tub shapes... for example, with a Warpath Pro, you would install the two short boom supports towards the back of the stand, to clear the cowl. With most riggers it will not matter where you place the tall or short boom supports.
* when gluing stand together, I recommend clamping sides to braces while glue cures.
The Parts...
Start by assembling the braces (4pc) to the cross-braces (3pc).
Take note of which brace goes where by looking at the pictures below and following the sequence.
Now you will slide on both side panels. The lowered end of the panels goes to the rear of the stand (the end with a hole in the brace).
Once both sides are on, install the boom tube supports with the supplied nuts/bolt/washers as pictured.
Install the propguard sides to the stand with nuts/bolts/washers supplied as pictured...
Finish by installing propguard backplate...
Install padding to protect tub... foam tape/pipe insulators works well.
Adjust boom tube supports to correct spacing and height to best support your rigger.
