i am really new on the RC boat, and i am working on building one about 50" , cat. i am wondering what can i use to prevent water coming into my hull from my shaft driver. and what it will be strong enough on electric brush-less motor. beside the gas. because i do not have for a gs motor on the lac beside my house. because it is too soundly. or can i buy a silent muffler for my 31cc motor? need help from persons who has a lot of knowledge please. thank you any way.

Pics would be nice.If you use a tuned pipe for an exhaust, a silencer on the end of the tuned pipe would quiet it down a lot.How to keep water from coming up the tube,would be done by using grease on the flexshaft .I use a full synthetic white marine grease with lithium.
