Has any one tried using regular cloth instead of the fiberglass cloth when reinforcing parts on there boat. I see it done all the time in the making of custom parts such as stereo system boxes. seems like it would be real easy to shape since it can really stretch over things. Just a thought.

I am going to give it a try as soon as i can get out. Winter has really kicked our butt where i live.
