1/6 SCALE 1976 U76

Bill Brandt created the topic: 1/6 SCALE 1976 U76

I took 2nd in high points for 2013 in the 1/6 Scale Gas Class that was introduced by Marty Shallenberger and included as a new Gas Class by NAMBA. This class is building in the Pacific Northwest and I hear getting bigger elsewhere.

The boat is built from an ML Boatworks Kit and is wood. The cowl is from Jeff Snell designs and is fiberglass.

The boat includes hull, hardware and custom HDPE fuel tank, and boat stand.

It weighs about 20 lbs with fuel, motor and pipe. The boat was built to allow side exhaust with a 105 degree header.

The boat is too large to ship. I live in Wa state so arranging pickup needs to be considered.

52 inches by 26 inches a widest point of sponsons.
