Here's a neat little program to resize pictures on your computer before posting them. This comes in handy when posting pictures on site like this one and Jim's where the size is limited. The cool part about this little program is that it will easily allow you to "batch" resize images (multiple images at once) to the same output size and save them all to the directory of your choice on your computer.
