Hi guys. :bye: Here are a couple of photo's of the mock up DB601E Daimler Benz engine that was in the late U19 Coral Reef hydroplne in the early 60s. As far as I know this is the only unlimited hydro to run a German V12. This as a very complicated engine. I had the original fuel injection and was originaly inverted in the early BF109 Messerschmitts. The Coral Reef crew had numerous problems trying to get this engine running to it's full potential.
