I have used the Duplicor primer/paint/clear... did not have very good results. The clear will not resist to gasoline...at least it didn't for me! I did 3 boats with the stuff, all 3 are very fragile! lol I have recoated them now with Dupont clear. This has made them much better. The Dupont clear is gasoline resistant and goes on much thicker that the Duplicor. It is also much easier to get a good even finish without runs using the Dupont. I think using Duplicor for the base is not too bad, but I would definitely advise against using the clear. You can go to an autoparts store that seels paint and have them put the Dupont Clear in rattle cans, that's what I did...was about $15/can, but they are slightly bigger than the large Duplicolor cans. You want enough to get at least 3-4 good coats so I would say about 1 can per coat on the average boat assuming you are clearing it all, top and bottom.
