Been out of playing for a while - but Doc says "go exercise " so we did --- went out after dinner for few runs yesterday

Elwin was out with Blast Cat and new 28.5 RCMK - I took Lazer (real first runs this year) with a home brewed 29.5 Zenoah

My son tried my Lazer for first time (he runs bigger boats) - now says "that thing not as easy as it looks" ---

Well it's not races or hi-tech info, just boys playing with toy boats for couple hours after dinner......... nothing more

Thanks Wally - to me that's what it's about -- just fun ... maybe tweak it and go little faster than your buddy but nothing at stake - just fun

We just tossed 2 boats in my Chev Tahoe (no pun intended) after dinner - some fuel and went for a rip. Run till it gets dark or the 'bugs eat you" and head home

Was a good day Lazer first runs were ok (carb kept coming lose) - Blast Cat ate cable and tube - no big deal fixed both already -- best of all was every boat came back a "no rowing day ' WaHoo

Good times eh Randy. I wish I could be running mine. Had a little incident the other day with my QDP Lazer.

Today for a bit (couple hours) Was real short day when we figured out the prop box was left at home -- only had cheap 2 blade on Blast Cat and chopper on Lazer ......... zoom zoom anyways

The carb gremlins continue to pester the Lazer side:



No descent prop on us for Blast Cat testing ...... ah

Weather was great, but it was hard on me (first day to the lake after my surgery) think I had some heat stroke happening. Had fun though
