I finally had time to run the cat and of all days it was rough, however the cat performed well despite the conditions.

Looks real good Les. We'll have to talk about the next generation of Toroidal heads which will preform better. I have ordered the coils we talked about from Johnson-Evinrude & Mallory. I hope they will solve the problem with the semi-surface discharge plugs.
