The clutch bell you have seems to be for Baja cars... I don't know how you could couple that to a flexshaft collet...I would look into changing the clutch bell to one for boats, or replacing the clutch assembly, or getting rid of the clutch all together...

Something like this or like this . Whether they will mount to your engine I don't know.

Some machining and you're done.

Drill and tap the clutch to 6mm thread. (assuming there's M6 in the belt-collet.)

'Shave' the ring of the belt-collet , so it lies flat on the clutchbell.

Maybe you'll have to drill the belt-collet to take the clutchbell 'stubby'.

20>25mm long M6 setscrew to connect the two.

If you don't need the belt-starter pully , buy a (8mm?) collet for 1/4"flexcable as used on electric-motors.

A flat-spot filed on the clutchbell stubby for the collet set-screws ,
and some grinding of the stubby is all it takes.

The best way for us to help you is if you
1. Post pictures of your boat and what you have
2. What is boat to be used for ? Sport /Play boat ?

When we see what you have in pictures it's way easier for everyone here to answer your questions

Cheers

Take the clutch off completely and chuck it in the trash and just bolt a $10 1/4" flex collet right on the end of the crank.
