I don't really know for prop since it's a QD in there, but I think I would start out with your typical props like 6717/3 or consider tryiing a 2716/3 from ABC also. I had one of those doing 72mph on a Insane Hydro! I would start around there and see how it reacts. Then again if anyone has more experience with the QD in hydros, by all means step in here!

QD's while having more torque than the J&G engine :-\ Both suffer from less torque than a zenoah 260.

I would choose a slightly small diameter prop and rely on the Super rpm on tap.

More on the line of say a 6518/2 propshop/voodoo, Mod H-50, or the versatile 6717/3 is some degree of modification :-\
