well as of now im missing only a few things , one of them being a throttle linkage , Homelite now uses cable from the carb that runs under the body of the motor where the flywheele cowling is anyone have any bright ideas on how to connect that cable to some sort of linkage???? im sooo lost! :-\

I hate to sound like a broken record, but Tony at WHH can certainly help you with that too... they built Homie boats for years! I know there used to be some sort of adapter to rotate the carb 90 degrees for linkage to lineup properly...I don't know much about the Homies though.
