I just love building boats

Been busy making a new plug for the newly designed top (Navaho).

The graphics look awesome!

Yea i think so too,he must have more patience than me thats for sure to do all that by hand.

The moulds almost done,theres about 6 layers of glass on there which should be enough i just need to sort out some wooden frames so it stands flat for moulding the parts before i remove it off the board.

Cheers ,tops on now just needs a polish and the hulls done.My next project is to come up with a new deck for a cut down version of the navaho hull for circuit racing.I want to have ducts on the deck in front of the cowl but im not sure what shape to use,tried naca type ducts on a mock up and im not sure about them.I also want the ducts large enough so the one on the left side doubles as a handle (4 fingers should do lol) so it will need rienforcing too.Any ideas welcome.

Heres a vid of the one in the pics i posted the other week.I just got it from the owner today he ran it for the first time today,running a zen 7 from Prestwich UK.Still needs some setting up but looks very promising.

I took a cpl of pics of the latest one with my son Sam ,has a blue top on this one as you can see.Still needs the top fixing to the hull so just taped it together for the pics.
