Smaller prop should get her running better in the corners as i keep saying sory to sound like a broken record lol.

Yeh, its a bit of a juggling act to get the best top end but also the best all round handling, still need to play around with the trim, I have a 6518 that I will try again, also have a 2716 20 rake that will unload it a bit more, this hull doesnt seem to like too much lift so that might be why the 6719 throws it round a bit, I will play around with modding up a couple of different props or getting rid of some lift off the 6719 and see how it goes.
Seems like alot of guys are running modded 6719 props on their whips so I may need to get a sneaky peak at what mods have been done and go along the same lines.
I will certainly try some smaller props, but have found through testing that the top end dropped off too much with the smaller props, maybe I will pitch up the 6518 a bit and give it a try.
Thanks
Damian

What sort of power are you putting out on that motor m8? i found with a full mod zen from ss the stock 6717/3 from propshop but sharpened and ballanced by dasboata to be a very good prop on the zipp t boat.No bad habits a little bit of cavitation if thats the right word in the turn but not too much and it was fast.It might be worth a try if the 6719 is a tad too much maybe.I know t boats are different but yaa never know till you try.I agree though find out what others are doing and have a go.

Not sure what kind of horsepower, its an evo rear ex that i have modded myself, I have got a stock 6717 and one that i have taken the ears off and cut down diametre of blades, have tryed them both , the modded one is around 3mph faster but that is still 3-4 mph slower than the 6719 so i might keep trying some things with the 6719.
I had good results on my thunderboat with a modded 7016/3, unfortunately my shaft broke and its now at the bottom of the lake, will have to order another one.

You might need to sacrifice some top speed to gain in the corners which will probably make for a faster time round the course. As you say keep tweaking till you find the best compromise.

Yep that is gona be the compromise i think, I will take a wee bit of diametre off the 6719 to get it to rev out a bit more, if i cup it up a bit i may gain back what i loose
