Im looking for someone who has the capabilities to Hard Chrome plat and finish hone my steel sleeves.... Running in salt water we have to do a lot of after care and im looking to minnimise the amount of rust and wear on my 34mm steel sleeves..

Simple hard chrome plating is NOT what you want !

What you need to seek is "Electro Fusion" chroming which embeds the chrome into the porosity of the metal.

But that said, if corrosion from the salt environment is damaging the internal bore of the engines, your crank & main bearing are getting destroyed too :dash: Worrying about the bore rusting is something like worrying about your pasture gate being closed, tho the fencing is falling down.
