I hear all sorts of advice on what type of o-rings to use on Zenoah exhaust systems. Viton, silicone, etc.
Also using two different size o-rings on the header.
How about some advice on o-rings. Thanks, Perry

Viton o-rings probably last the longest, but I run silicon rings. They aren't as tough as Viton, but nothing seems to hold up for more than a few weekends of racing. The best solution is a metal to metal exhaust seal. I've run two systems and both worked very well. They can put extra strain on the cylinder that can lead to cracking at the exhaust. I'm testing one in my thunderboat where the power and rpm are low and the exhaust has a lot of meat.

Hey Perry,
How many Viton O'rings do you want?? Yes I know we haven't hooked up lately but I can help here!!!
Be aware there is a Pretty Thunderboat about to hit the water! To counteract that some idiot put an Old Rigger back together!!! If we don't hear from you before see ya at the Winternats..
Later!!
