Assemble cylinder down to cases with NO gasket, seal with anaerobic sealant like Loc-tite.

As to the second link, go into the MGB engine section and back @ 3-4 pages is a thread named: Full circle crank and other tricks

You WILL NOT FIND any thing on line as comprehensive a HOW-TOO as what you have before you.
Find a way to print it out !! it will be your guide.

If seeking more info on the same subject ? Sign up for membership on Jims RC Boat Dock and read the original thread with all the discussions made on said subject.

That thread is here: www.jrcbd.com/showthread.php?t=766

B) cool thanks scott, so it is ok to use no base gasget at the bottom of the jug, when i was involved in full size speedway i do remember that we never used gasgets on motor s but thay used high tep silicon, so the lock tight you talk about is it like form a gaskit or somthing simalar to that .ill be going to find that out first . and so with no gaskit im gessing this greatly increases the sqush rate of the piston. also is it worth puttingin the ziro drag seals people talk about . as ive also read that thay can somtimes incress oil leeks from the crank.
im going to go and sorse out a good dremel kit , and once engine arives pull it down and try some small mods first and go from there.

READ the entire thread over on the JRCBD first !!

I will say that most if not ALL questions you are having were addressed along with MANY MANY More !!

Personally would NOT use the zero drag seals at this time.
The loctite gasket eliminator compound is a SEMI hardening material made specifically for metal to metal sealing where heat and fuel resistance is required.
