can anyone help me identify this motor? the only marks i can find is C510 engraved in the cyl. and it is 26 cc

Looks like a Zenoah bottom end with a J and G top end! The JnG top end looks like mine which is good and bad. It isnt made any more but it is bulletproof! Mine has run perfect for years. you can contact Jack at www.jg-motors.com ( really a nice guy with lots of info to share) But I know he does not make that style of head any more:(

He is right ...

It is the early 2 PORT J&G made for the G230PUM cases. Decent power and RPM around 14,500 +/-

While exotic in there time, a STOCK 231 or 260 makes more power and 3K +/- more RPM

Now that I have looked closer at the Pics you are right it is even an eariler model than my JnG. Maybe 12yrs old????

Jack made that billet top end up until the new 231/260 engines came out.
So it could be new as @ 6 years ago, but no older than @ 10 IMO.

PS.
The first ones were 22.5cc using the 32mm bore and 1.5mm one ring G23 piston, in the last couple years of being built there was a 25.4cc 34mm bore using a 1.5mm 2 ring piston also.

** Current 231 and 260 pistons use a single 1.0mm ring of 32 and 34 mm bore sizes.
