Do you have any pics with the cylinder attached to half case with the crank and piston and sleeve installed to check rod rotation clearance and alignment. Check the widths of both cranks to figure the end play. Compare the clearance bearing to bearing in both types of engine cases also. Looks good but it's very easy to mis it's potential because of minimal misalignment and balance. Verify if rod is straight when piston is at TDC and crank is at 0 degrees.

looks like it needs to go a little over to the intake side or is it an illusion? you are a brave soul and thanks for sharing your build by the way.
