AFAIK, it all developed over on JRCBD in an older thread titled "Tiger King Engines". Now, there
is a new thread on JRCBD titled "Tigerking 4 bearing issue resolved". This should put all of the
questions to rest and we can continue with the more interesting aspects of the TK engines.

Kudos to Bruce for taking responsibility.

I ask the owners of the motor to clarify the difference between a stock version of the engine from the Pro version?
The only thing that can be expected:
- Piston with additional channels for lubrication
- Precision Crankshaft
- A lightweight rotor magneto

Please inquire about the compatibility of the crankcase SX257 RCMK and the cylinder set TK-A001 of the engine TK27
No seats in the crankcase to the sleeve? Connecting the cylinder head mounting holes of sync with fastening Zenoah-RCMK?
There is information about the material sleeve?

TK27 cylinder block will not fit the SX RCMK case and the cylinder material appears to be meehanite ( fine cast iron).

That modded piston may well have had the changes made for lubrication but it also looks
like traditional piston porting. Really hard to tell for sure from the pics. I tried
increasing the pic size and it got too fuzzy to tell.

Very interesting! (and I won't bother with putting up Arte Johnson's picture again though
I did think about it - LOL).

Thanks for all the pics you have posted. Those are helpful.

Can you explain what is being shown with the last two piston pics (#22451)? I'm a little
confused by the second pic as I've never seen a piston cut like that - where the wrist pin
is located.

Are the two pics showing front side vs back side of the same piston and TK has eliminated
one of the circlips?

There are some very clear pictures of this engine posted on Modelpowerboat.com. After looking at the photos, there are a lot of questions????????????????

Have to admit, I like a lot of what I'm seeing in the pics over on Model Power Boat forum.

One question: What is the purpose of the threaded hole in the cylinder near the exhaust port?
