What are your thoughts on adding piston boost ports (rcmk evo)

You will get many answers on this, but from my experience I would not waste your time.

My Formula 1 RC car racer in Europe likes to add them, and he claims he sees improvement, but I never messed with them. I will go with Carlo on this one, because I think good porting and a good matching pipe is still the best way to find more power.

These engine builds are different though, and are used on reed cases. With reed case builds, the hole in the piston becomes a important part of the intake system, and is needed to help feed a additional transfer port.
