I am water cooling a 28cc mcculoch. I have the cylinder all machined up. I was wondering what kind of space should be around the cylinder that the water flows around. How much gap in between the cap and cylinder.

I am also going to machine up a starter pulley since it will not have a pull start. What kind of diamiter should the pulley be.
