Recently i buy a RZ254that i m still finish the boat , and apears a bussiness of a flying dragon of Arrow Shark boats with a engine that they talk about 6.5Hp unit XP254
I buy the boat.
There is any comparation in the use power?
Anyone have a engine of them?
Is good ?

I've not personally owned one, but the info I received from others is that it is a sub-standard loose copy of a Quickdraw engine. By looking at it, it sure does look like a QD! This is therfore most likely a sleeved engine, and most of us know that these can be pretty high maintenance if the quality isn't top notch...if I were to go with one of these sleeved billet engines, I would stick with the real deal, either Quickdraw or J&G. Just my opinion.

They have issues with wrist pins and pistons -- if the engine u have is the second version ... the pin / piston should have they updated one

If it's the first version they tend to blow the piston pin bearing and there is issues with piston material (chips or flakes) - the upgrade kit is free from Arrow Shark u need to send them the engine number and they will tell u what version u have

I read through the initial post a bit too fast! ... I had not realized you already have the engine...
