Twin inline 50cc engines?

Ozpulse created the topic: Twin inline 50cc engines?

I picked up another 50cc Kawasaki engine the other day! B)
So now that I have 2 of these Im thinking I would like to try bolting the 2 together to make a 100cc twin! :woohoo:
My question is, have any of you engine guru's seen or heard of these motors being bolted inline?
I would appreciate any advice and or hints and tips to help me along with this project!

Thank you guys! ;)

Awwwww! Your little engine is sooooo cute!

Hi,
I have not had any experience with the inlines (YET) but I am sure Sonic Racing in Brisbane might be able to help. He is not far from where you are. You can contact him on

I hope this might help. :side:

Heres a couple more!
I have already made a plate to relocate the coil and get rid of the large alloy casing that comes on these engines for this one! ;)

More interested in tinkering with these motors than actually building a hull for them! ;)

Some things were just meant to be bolted together! B)

Can anybody say 100cc twin! :woohoo:
Just have to make another coil mounting bracket so I can get rid of the rear engines top casing over the flywheel and lighten the rest then on to cleaning everything up.
Carbies and exhausts will be next!

Anybody got suggestions on what 'WALBRO'carbies would suit these size engines??

DUDE!!!! That would be AWESOME!!!! If you can get the kinks worked out... and figure out a drive train system that could handle that much torque and power... I would love to be the one to design and build a hull for you!!!!! GOT to see a vid of this thing when you get it running!!!!

Hello!

Glad to see a monster engine bday!

About WALBRO carb I want to say about WJ95B, it use for garden bush cutter, gas engines with 85 cc.
The WALBRO WJ95B comes with SG racing 35 cc (Italian) engine with 12 h.p., what I have.
