I think it is at least a little cool. Don't mind the smaller brass tube. It is the hole and the "vacuum nozzle" that does the bailing. Works pleasingly.

Pretty cool! At first I thought the pickup tube and the tube exiting the transom were the same, but now I see that one is a simple drain and the other is the actual pickup tube inside the hull. The "hole" through the bottom of the hull is the "suction" and the high loop of the water line prevents water from coming back in the hull when it is at a stop. That is a very neat idea! I like it! :)
