I get these switches from GasRC Products... they are great...waterproof and lock in position. Here is a small modification I do to prevent wire breakage at the solder joint.

After the wires are soldered, wrap a piece of electrical tape around the switch and pour in epoxy. Once cured it will firmly hold the wires and terminals. Prevents breakage due to movement and/or corrosion.
