Hey all, I'm new to gas boating and this forum. Is there a list of all the parts necessary to build a gas boat. Obviously there is the hull, engine, hardware kit, pipe with header, flotation, fuel supply, and drivetrain. What else is there? Also, what are the components used in drivetrain?
Thanks,
Will

Wow- that's a big answer!
I would suggest looking at a lot of photos and studying them if there are no boats in your area but I'm sure there is a club somewhee near you, somewhere.
It's interesting how some guys can build a boat, you look at it and think \"Doesn't look like enough stuff to make it work\" and others I wonder \"how did he get all that garbage in there?\"
Build your information database and get smarter so you spend wisely!!!! \"don't do what a lot of us do\" when first getting started and waste money on crap/junk. There's a lot of that out there.

Look on the home page and try to support the guys that support US! I have found the vendors to be very helpful and willing to share info freely. Most will not try and sell you stuff you dont need. DO LOTS of looking! THere is a lot Very high quality parts and a lot of crap. If the price seems to good to be true...there is a reason and you will be wasting your money, shop smart.
