When you drill a hole on the other side of the rudder, you must make sure NOT to drill it even with the one on the other side...drill it about 1/4 inch higher. Also make sure the vertical passage is opened up to 1/8 inch diameter...the fitting at the top also. Be careful if you drill the fitting...the ones on my Seaducers where plastic.
