Hi folks:
I noticed that I have two indents on my aluminum header where the "O" rings from my 2 inch aluminum go. What causes this? Is there any way to fix this or is a new header required? This is for my stock 26 Zen

It needs replaced.Not worth fighting a water leak.

They can be swaged out with a piece of steel turned to the inner diameter and tapped in with a hammer, I read where someone swagged his out with a Zenoah plug wrench.
The best thing to do is get a ss header as the orings wont dent the steel when it gets hot.
Siicone orings help too as they are softer than the viton and wont dent the header.
