I need to know the diameter of the 260 vs 231 pistons. Are they he same size and the stroke is shorter? I have a motor and need to know what size it is? Thanks

Both the 231 & 260 use the SAME 28mm stroke crank. Bore size is the difference, 32mm on a 231, 34mm on a 260
Cylinders are EASY to tell whats what by looking at the top fin below water jacket on PTO side.
231's have a single hole drilled in top fin, early 260's have NONE, current 260's have 2 holes.
