can anyone tell me what thickness i need for the strut to shim the prop down. do i taper it to zero, and do i use teflon or alum. i have read articles that say this needs to be done on these boats. any other suggestions to get this boat to run decent would be appreciated . does anyone know where the cg is suppose to be ?

hi not sure if you got my message (i take it its a pro -boat)(i myself have a miss bud 1/8) -- COG - i think these hydros are out by - 5 3/4''
get rid of the clutch as it adds extra weight to the back
shim - 3/16 - 0 too 1/4 -0 (pictured aluminium)
i have down loaded pages & pages from rc universe.com the guys name went under the name of buddriver13
this was done in 2006
i have striped my hydro (motor,hardwear-etc)
i have found this site to be awsome
