In regards to plumbing

the waterpump bypass t is not needed - because it has a clutch the way u have it it may or may not pump unless there is a checkvalve in 'bypass' line

look at this drawing of a Proboat page # 8 has drawing

Proboat pumps are diff in that there have 2 in and 2 out but u get same concept

anyway ......try it

Cool. That makes it easier. I noticed the schematic shows a dual inlet/outlet pump, but the pic shows a single and the lines merged / split with T's. I got the idea. Thanks.

Thanks for the compliment Toddy. I must gen up on the lingo!
This topic has developed quite a lot from how it started out. Though I don’t use a water pump the information and links provided by CHR are very helpful and interesting.
