WOODIE'S ENGINE RAIL

Woodie replied the topic: Re: WOODIE'S ENGINE RAIL

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT, STEVE?

4 months ago I payed you 500 USD up front for producing the engine rails (plus some extras). Producing the items took you a long time. That's ok.
1 month 3 weeks ago, you actually presented PICTURES of the engine rails (as shown above in this thread).
We have had a lot of friendly e-mail exchange, and finally you told me that everything was shipped to me at the 16.th of september.
4 weeks has passed since then. I have received nothing, and though I have been asking for it, and you promised to do so, you did not bother sending me a copy of your posting receipt. Actually you have not answered any e-mails from me since then!

I really see no logical explanation of this weird situation.
So I have to ask you:
What is your real business, Steve Seebold?
Will you please e-mail me to get this straightened out, before I am forced to take further legal steps?

Woodie.

Lars,

I apologize for not getting back to you for several days as I have been at my brother's house testing some new boats and some new hardware. I got home about an hour ago. I will look in to the reason you have not received your parts, unfortunately, I can't do it until Monday.

I hadn't responded to you this week because I would have thought you would have your parts by now. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused you. That was not my intention. You have seen pictures of your parts, so you know I made them. If necessary, if they have somehow gotten lost in transit, I will make them again. If you don't have them in your hand by 10-22-2011, I will do exactly that.

Is it possible they could have just been delivered to the wrong place? I don't know what mail service is like in Denmark, but the bone head postal workers here sometimes deliver mail to the wrong address. I have gotten mail in the past with my street address, but a different city.

Have a good weekend, I will be in touch on Monday.

Steve

Steve.

Apology taken. You have my exact adress, and the danish postal service has never been known to fail. But just to be sure: could you mail me a copy of your posting receipt?

I know: You sent pics of the engine rails 7 weeks ago. A fact that has been confusing me a lot, since I have received nothing after your posting 4 weeks ago.
For sure I can wait a week or two more.

But let us keep the rest of this in direct mails between you and me.

Hey Woodie,

You have had your parts for 2 months now, and still no pictures of your Smokin' Cigarette.

Have you given up on the project?

Don't worry Steve.

My son, who will do the engine parts, had a prolonged tour at the seas as a marine engineer, but now he's back for Christmas. After Christmas things should be done.
At least before he goes sailing again in january. :-)
Giving up? NEVER! Just being slow in the holidays...

Cheers and merry Christmas to you, :-)

Woodie.
