Marc, I noticed that you and many others who have built this boat are running it without trim tabs yet the .pdf instruction manual shows them installed.
Do you think that this boat doesn't need them?
I'm currently shopping for a new mono and this one is on my list of ones to consider.

The Gen1 and Gen2 were designed to work without tabs. Then on the Gen3 the hook in the bottom was removed making the hull faster but requiring tabs. Now I think Insane are recommending the same setup with tabs for all gens.
