Chai, the bottom of the boat at the rear has a built in 'dip'.
The bottom is not flat. It has a slight curve in the hull bottom for the last 6 to 8 inches.
This bottom is different from other boats. I run a Seaducer 47" mono and because of the 'hook' trim tabs are not required.on most other hulls you try to have the bottom as flat as possible .... this hull has the 'hook' built into it on purpose.

check on ebay or local forums. i have a brand new mono hull that after i rig it i will be selling it.
