does the cnc cut all your sponsons and plywood for the sides ,top and bottom, how long does it take to put in all the measurements, is there a computer program that does that, i did mine with a jig saw fastened to the bottom of a sheet of plywood lol, its fun to build them takes up alot of my spare time, i have a small problem with the clutch on this tanaka motor, it has a seven sided star shaft that went in the clutch, so i have to shape the flex shaft to fit, or make a coupler to fit between the old and new shaft, its not as easy as doing a square end lol, how do they put the prop shafts on the flex cables, is it welded, that might be a way to do my cable has to be almost perfect to keep vibration down, hey wanted to say thanks to everyone for helping, and this site, lots of imfo to help on this site

If you plug in the right info in the CNC it will cut just about anything! :) To answer your question, if the plans are accurate, it will indeed cut all pieces to specs... then its just like putting together a puzzle. :)

On my 40cc clutched motor I cut the 'star shaft' then drilled it out to solder the flex into it.
It may work for you depending on the diameter of the solid shaft and whether you still have it?

Awwwww! Your little engine is sooooo cute!

the star shaft is only a little bigger, i welded it to the flex cable, but i think its a little off, have to wait till i get a drive shaft and run it to see how unbalanced it is, i ran it in my drill and it is out of balance ,but im sure the rpms are alot lower on my drill

i drilled a hole the size of the shaft in a 1/2 inch peice of aluminum and finished with the size of the flex shaft, cut the aluminum in half where the two sizes changed held them apart about 1/2" and welded it put it in my drill and filed it down so far its holding lol, im not a welder
