well boat went in the water for the first time today and all went relly good . small setting change on the trimtabs and nothing more.......

got rid of that crappy motor mods from ""performance unlimited "" so called modified"" jug/piston/ carby pice of crap .his product is utter rubbish compleat wast of time.............

and ive now installed a omin mod/jug and piston running a 257 . man this hull goes hard an fast with these mods ,in choppy water or flat water .and great top speed. rely impresed .. the machining on the omin mods are verry verry good . and the performance gains are relly great..

lucky cause if you did get any speed out of a challanger it will implode lol a mate has one and the mass produced hull doesnt stand up at speed ..thing turned into a bannana .. need to add a heap of chopped mat glass and some ribs if you are thinking bout speed JMO

its a good boat but it has been everywhere but the hull is a bit old and stuffed. so a new boat sounds good and my old one will be just a play a round one.

depending on where you live ( im'm in west australia ) the Apache hull ( same as my one under Monstrosity apache in my boats section )is arround $ 500 made locally and if you want speed you will want to go a mod motor and tunable pipe ( check out Hobbysuppliesaustralia ) and maybe get rid of the clutch. the sky's the limmit on what you can use but a decent set up will cost $1500 plus a lot of hardware can get of the internet but beware cheap and nasty lol

How does the Seahawk run temp wise? I noticed the conversion of the cylinder head does not allow full liquid cooling of the entire head. I read somewhere that this can be a thermal problem and just wanted to ask you about your personal experience with it?
