The engine doesn't sound very responsive even on the stand. And it doesn't get on the pipe at all out on the water. Lots of static pics of the motor, driveline and transom, might help us to see something not right. Thanks for the vid.

Ok I have done some investigating this is what I found the manifold opening has a much smaller onening than the exhaust port so I have removed some material from the manifold to allow the engine breath to bettering migh of taken too much off is there a different size manifold for the 30 and the 26? Does my piston look normal? Could that cause the engine to stall, I'm sure the old manifold wouldn't of helped the engine to get on pipe. The shaft seems to be turning freely I recently install lead Teflon bushings and replaced the teflon washer and packed to all with grease the shaft seemed to turn freely
