Thanks Bob, but I have done that. Every other web site both on this, and my wife's laptop, comes up instantly. It's only Jim's that it says " This page can't be displayed ". When I use Network Diagnostics, it says " website is on line but isn't responding to connection attemps".

Has your ip address been blocked? Have you tried tap n talk? Have you contacted JRBD?

It is not at your end. Mine is blocked also.
Dom posted a list of all the blocked IP's and mine was not on it but it surely is blocked nonetheless.

Thanks Dan, I'm confident of that now. I was on for just a few minutes at the library until they closed, and saw where Dom said that a ton of scammers have tried to get on lately. And I saw where others were in the same boat. Definitely a Dock problem.
I have emailed Dom from the beginning, but it's still a mystery. I'll just wait it out.
