Hey Woodie, I actually just got finished today... Was goin to maiden this weekend. But I'm hookin up to the real boat and heading to a lake north-east of Austin Texas!!! Going to spend a quiet weekend alone with the wifey...My 7 seven kids will have to tell me a belated Happy Fathers Day!!!!! IT WILL GO ON A MAIDEN NEXT WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I guess to answer your question.."Yes, I'm that far ahead of you" But finishing last in the build isn't going to hurt near as bad as finishing last in our little joust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :silly:  :woohoo: :side:

P.S. Woodie take your time... I'll be here when ya get finished... Best of wishes, Sure have missed jokin around with you and the gang, things are going real good lately, so should be able to get back to our old antics real soon!!!!!!!
Take care!!!!!!!
Doug......

Isuzu for Gods sake!
7 kids! Are you kidding me?
I really have to admire you and your wifey!
Anyway I think your cat allready looks very sexy in gold and black, but if you can do it even better with some finishing, just do it!
And pleeaase send som pics!
For my part: I'm in contact with some of the best guys here at MGB offering bids to machine the delicious engine rails for my Blata. Looks like I will have a happy ending about this issue, so I can get on with my KAT KILLER.
Cheers!
Woodie.
BTW: "Finishing last in our little joust" ??? No way! Only trouble for my part is how to control the "Hammer" when it goes flying. (I'll have to work out some solution for that) :woohoo:
(Remember: Life is good)!

Doug.
You are such a lucky bastard. You know that? I have two grown kids, but still waiting for grandkids. Just wonder when they, 29 & 24 years old - both with fiancees, get themselves together to do somthing about it...
Maybe too much career and too little "action"?
Enoug about that for now. Watch out for the upcoming Hammer, and be ready to hide your pussycat away in a safe place! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Cheers!

Moof, old boy!
Be patient now. My hammer has been set on stand-by for some frustrating months due to trouble getting the unique engine-to-gearbox rails etc. made for a reasonable price.
But this will be solved soon, as two of the very fine boaters in this forum has volunteered to produce the stuff at a price, that will not tear the hair off my head.
When I have the rails at hand (together with the fancy sterndrives, still not delivered from MHZ in Germany), things will happen.
After all the woodworks is the easy part.
Just wait and see!
BTW: Ozpulse has told me that you are interested in a CD with the 3-D Cad drawing program. I will send you a copy in a week or so, if you send your complete adress to my mailbox:
familien@jacobsen.tdcadsl.dk.
Just promise that you also will send a copy to some other interested boater. Let's keep this thing going for the benefit of all.
Cheers!
